VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE
T.Y.B.COM./B.A REGULAR AND REPEATER STUDENTS EXAMINATION FORM FOR MARCH, 2012 EXAM
T.Y.B.Com. Regular and Repeater Students are hereby informed that the Examination Application Forms for March, 2012 Examination will be distributed as per the following schedule:
Class : T.Y.B.A. Division - A - Tuesday - 18.10.2011 at 9.00 a.m.
Class : T.Y.B.Com. Division - A & B - Wednesday - 19.10.2011 at 9.00 a.m.
Class : T.Y.B.Com. Division - C & D - Thursday - 20.10.2011 at 9.00 a.m.
Class : T.Y.B.Com. Division – E - Friday - 21.10.2011 at 9.00 a.m.
Submission and Payment of fees between 10.00 a.m. & 11.00 a.m. on the same day.
Further, students are informed to follow the instructions given below very carefully at the time of filling the forms. A duly filled in specimen copy of the same form is put up on the Notice Board for your reference.
① a) Students are required to bring ONE DARK BLACK PEN AND TWO LATEST PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS.
One to be pasted on the form in the Box provided. Do not pin /staple. And the other one to be submitted for the purpose of HALL TICKET mentioning Name, Division, Roll No., in capital letters on the back side of the photograph.
b) Students are requested to come to counter to pay the fees alongwith form, photo, photocopies of S.Y.B.Com./B.A., F.Y.B.Com./B.A. & H.S.C. in this order only. They should keep original marksheets with themselves and show when asked for.
② Ensure that all entries in the forms should be done NEATLY & WITHOUT MISTAKE IN CAPITAL LETTERS AND IN BLACK INK.
③ The application FORMS SHOULD NOT BE FOLDED, PUNCHED FOR FILING, MULTILATED OR DEFACED in any manner.
④ All entries in the forms should be done in BLACK INK ONLY within the boxes and space provided and without any overwriting.
⑤ Fees :- Exam Fees : Rs.500/-
Statement of Marks : Rs. 50/-
Form Fee : Rs 10/-
Convocation Fees : Rs.250/-
